I remember my friend saying this shit is a classic.
I told him, ” i don’t even think of it as classic, I think of it as magic.”

I have this thing where I can listen to myself all day, because I try to make shit that I would like to enjoy listening to and this is one of my best examples.
This one came together perfectly from the beginning Pat pat pat pat before the verse to the prrrrrah at the end. These are one of the ones on the OA where I’m like. NAILED ! lol. I felt as if i said everything i wanted to say in EXACTTLY the way I wanted to.
THe Wu-tang would describe this as “spitting a different chamber” cuz this shit really marked the change of my rhyme structure and flow, with incorporating triplets quadruples and quintiple rhyme schemes.

One look at the king
You could tell the young kid
was heartless
coming out the mall strapped .45s. in the 6
Stay lucky like 7
and 2 4s like 3 8s
3 shots make 3 wakes
that boy ain’t awake is he
Needless to say, I feel no new rapper out there can fuq with me when I’m in the zone. Period.
Lol had to say some shit like that. I feel that’s enough to say about that …

Shoutouts for using the song for “how to be a hypebeast”
Also shouts to all the peeps that play The OA in their stores. People hit me up about that from different states. I appreciate it.

This one I tried to do what people familiar with Wu-tang would call. Giving you a different chamber, spitting some darts. Lupe Fiasco a rapper who I happen to like.. I seen getting some praise on “oh he’s so deep” damn what makes him think like that.
Fact is I found that the average hip hop fan likes the lyrics not too deep but a little clever. I read in an interview he said , “I’m going to do this just to show I’m ill I am , I don’t even care if people get it” This was my intention here. This one is my baby in terms of lyrics. I secretly pat myself on the back because this one.
Basically I was taking a little break from music and I wanted to make a joint for the mixtape that represented my return. What better way then to emulate the master of the return, Jesus the Messiah.
For my sneakerheads I gave a lot of sneaker references that tied into my religious metaphors.
An example of this is the start of the second verse:
This is how you flip the old to the new
the new to the old the old is just for jew
as I give myself to you in the form of alcholic juice
Not in blood 12 deep in my crew
9 feet in my shoes 7 peep feeling lucky?
That’s a clue
7 on the sneak tip, 12 follow me in groupsp
Breakdown
This is how you flip the old to the new
the new to the old the old is just for Jew
This is how you take the old testament and flip the word to give you the new god born in the new testament. Jewish people don’t acknowledge the New Testament.
As I give myself to you in the form of alcoholic juice
not in blood 12 deep in my crew
In Mass you receive the blood of God/Jesus in the form of wine
I flipped the meaning right after saying not in blood
As in I’m not a Blood not a gang, but i have 12 apostles that I roll with
9 feet in my shoes 7 peep feeling lucky?
That’s a clue
7 on the sneak tip, 12 follow me in group
My feet are Size 9 So size 9 feet in my shoes
7 is the godly number , so I snuck the number of Jesus in there on the low and to give you
a clue that I’m talking about sneakers on the same time (on the sneak tip)
The number 7 is found on the Nike SB Lucky’s and my apostles follow me while I lead them to salvation

-=0x
Good explanation?
Feel like i’m getting better as the insights going on, no?
